About Susan Coleman
Susan’s passion is to support people, organizations and entire societies to build common ground and resolve conflict. Her two areas of focus are women’s empowerment, as she believes this is central to planetary peace, and providing the best collaborative change strategies. She has over 30 years of experience working from war zones to board rooms with people from all continents. Her “tools of the trade” include coaching, team coaching, mediation, large group facilitation, training in collaborative negotiation skills, expertise in intercultural communication, assessments, public speaking and podcasting.
Susan established the United Nations first programs on negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution and a similar program at Columbia University in New York City.
